Driving offences involving the loss of life:
  • Causing death by dangerous driving 
  • Causing death by careless driving whilst under the influence of drink or drugs
  • Causing death by careless driving: unlicensed, disqualified or uninsured drivers
  • Or any similar offence (including attempted or conspiracy to commit) offences which replace the above.
