Residents won't be able to opt out but will be assed for their available space under a set criterion and we will support those residents who believe that wheeld bins cannoer be sotered on the property.
Space for bins
Research shows nearly 40% of what goes into BDC grey bins could be recycled. Changes aim to recycle more which will reduce what is in non-recyclable waste and free up space within the grey bin.
