About the Inquiry

The Planning Inspectorate has received an appeal against a planning application submitted relating to a site at 43 Colne Road, Coggeshall.

The appeal is against the refusal of an application for a Certificate of Lawfulness (Proposed Development), a Certificate of Lawfulness (Existing Use), and an enforcement notice. The appeal has been made by Mr & Mrs P & J Cross.

The Secretary of State appointed a Planning Inspector.

The Inquiry will start at 10:00am on 10 January 2023 to determine this appeal.
