Earls Colne - Information about Parishes in the district

Earls Colne is one of the larger villages in the Braintree District and is situated on the A1124 between Halstead and Colchester. The Parish is located in the East of the District on the border with Colchester District. 

Earls Colne is one of the six ÔKey Service VillagesÕ which Braintree District Council identifies as larger villages which also provide services for their smaller surrounding villages and hamlets.

The population of Earls Cone is 3,693 (Census 2011).
