About I-Construct
The I-Construct Innovation Hub is a centre of excellence for construction innovation in Braintree, Essex. A space to come together, collaborate and innovate, the BREEAM Excellent-rated two-story hub is in the Braintree Enterprise Park. It opened in December 2021.
Parking
We have a dedicated car park on-site with two charging points for electric vehicles.
We also have a number of covered bicycle racks.

Location
We are a 30 minute walk from Braintree town centre. A number of covered bicycle racks are available.

Driving
We are on the Springwood Industrial Estate just outside of Braintree town centre. It’s a short drive from the A120 (turn-off), which connects the A12 and the M11.
We have a dedicated car park on-site with two charging points for electric vehicles.
Train and bus services
Braintree is on the main line from London Liverpool Street. The train station is a 10-minute taxi ride from us.
The Lidl bus stop is closest to us. We are a 15-minute walk from Lidl. Buses run to and from Chelmsford and Colchester. There are also buses to Stansted Airport.
