What information will I need?

You will need to have the following information handy when you making your application:

  • National Insurance Number for all household members who are 16 and over
  • Name and address of all household members (including children)
  • Date of birth for all household members (including children)
  • Telephone contact numbers
  • Email address (if applicable)
  • Full address history for the last 6 years for all household members
  • Employment/Income details
  • Information of your connection/s (for example family links or employment) to one of the Council areas (which are currently Braintree, Babergh, Maldon, Colchester, Mid Suffolk, Ipswich and Suffolk Coastal)
