We are upgrading our website on the 24th November. To do this, online forms will be taken offline from 5pm on the 23rd November, until the transition is complete on the 24th November.

Website upgrade

We are launching our new website next week on Tuesday 24 November. Our new website will improve the customer experience and make it more mobile friendly, give us a better basis to improve the online service we offer and make sure we meet the new accessibility regulations that are now in force.

The move to the new site will start at 5pm on Monday 23 November when we will be turning off online forms.

On Tuesday 24 November, the new site will be made live and the current site will be switched off. However, the process of the new site populating devices all around the world can take up to 72 hours, so for a period of time you could see either site.

When you are able to view our new site, you will be able to use our forms again. We will be posting updates about this to our Facebook and Twitter pages.
