Hatfield Peverel - Information about Parishes in the district

Hatfield Peverel is one of the larger villages in the Braintree District and is located at the southern tip of the Braintree District just south of the District's second market town of Witham. Hatfield Peverel is also adjacent to the A12 and is situated on the main London to Norwich railway line.

Hatfield Peverel is one of the six ‘Key Service Villages’ which Braintree District Council identifies as larger villages which also provide services for their smaller surrounding villages and hamlets. 

The population of Hatfield Peverel is 4,376 (Census 2011).
