Kelvedon - Information about Parishes in the district

Overview of the Parish	Kelvedon is one of the larger villages in the Braintree District and is located just north-east of the District's second market town of Witham. Kelvedon is also adjacent to the A12 and is situated on the main London to Norwich railway line. Kelvedon is one of the six ÔKey Service VillagesÕ which Braintree District Council identifies as larger villages which also provide services for their smaller surrounding villages and hamlets. The population of Kelvedon is 3,587 (Census 2011).
