Overview of the Parish

Foxearth and Liston are two villages located in the north-east corner of the Braintree District on the border with Suffolk (Babergh District). The adjoining parishes are Borley, Belchamp Walter, Belchamp Otten and Pentlow.

The Parish is in the more rural northern area of the District, where Suffolk and particularly the nearby town of Sudbury would also provide services for residents.  

The population is Foxearth and Liston is 296 (Census 2011).
