The average number of lets for each location across the District, shown by property type are available to download.
These show the average number of lets of social rented homes through the Council's Gateway to Homechoice system and also show the locations in the District where there are no properties of a specific type available for social rent.

We publish heat maps to show the average number of lets which become available each year across the district by property type.
