We are seeking to recruit a Level 2 apprentice to work within our Community Services Team. The team cover a range of topic areas including Community Safety, Community Well Being, Children & Young People, Community & Voluntary Sector, Community Transport and Safeguarding.

You will have the opportunity to work with and support individual team members in the development and delivery of a variety of projects and initiatives either run by ourselves or in partnership with other organisations. These have previously included the Braintree District Volunteer Awards, the organisation of activities for those living with dementia, working with the college to develop a young people’s forum, developing a programme of community safety workshops and identifying new ways to promote the community transport scheme. The projects all aim to meet our priorities relating to supporting our residents to be healthy and live well, encourage independent & resilient communities, expand services for young people, improve services to meet the needs of older people and protecting the vulnerable.
