During the restrictions for Coronavirus (COVID-19), our office is open to visitors by appointment only.

You can contact our Customer Services team if you cannot:

  • find the information you need on our website
  • complete a transaction online

One of our advisors will be able to help you or transfer you through to the service you need to speak to.

If necessary, the service may arrange an appointment for you if they are unable to resolve your query.

Appointments at Causeway House

We keep the door at Causeway House locked, so when you arrive you will need to use the intercom system to gives us details of your appointment.

We will let you into the building when the officer you are visiting comes to reception to greet you.

You must wear a mask and we will ask you to use the hand sanitizer when you enter the building.

Causeway House is a COVID-19 secure safe workplace. You must follow the guidelines when attending your appointment to ensure everyone’s safety.

Recycling sacks

As visits are by appointment only, recycling sacks are no longer available to collect from Causeway House.

Drop-in visitors

We have put alternative arrangements in place for usual drop-in visitors to Causeway House who need help with services.

If you do not have access to the internet or would like help with filling in housing applications online, you can contact our Housing team by:

If you are already receiving Housing Benefit, and have had a change in your financial circumstances,  you can contact our Benefits team by:

Licensing

You can send most licensing applications online. You can look at our licensing pages to find out how to apply.

Dropping off documents

If you want to drop off documents or payments such as planning applications or Council Tax payments by cheque to us at Causeway House, you can still post these through our letterbox.

We empty the letterbox on a regular basis.
