The Inspector's Report on objections to the Local Plan Review was received by the Council on 20th December 2004.  This sets out Mr Braithwaite's recommendations on each of the objections.  This is in three parts: a covering letter, Part One dealing with policy objections and Part Two with site specific objections.

In his report, the Inspector refers to the Local Plan Review, which is made up of the Revised Deposit Plan, plus changes made to the Plan in the Pre-Inquiry Changes and Council's Concessions made during the Local Plan Inquiry.  These three documents have been combined into one, in order to make it easier to refer to the Local Plan Review, as it stood at that time.  This combined document is set out here:

The Inspector's recommendations were considered by the Council's Regulatory Committee on 26th January 2005 and by Full Council on 16th February 2005.  The Council have accepted all of the Inspector's recommendations.
