Consultants Llewelyn Davies Yeang, in association with Michael Beaman Ltd, have prepared an Employment Land Review on behalf of the Council, which was published in November 2007.

This forms part of the Evidence Base for the Local Development Framework. It comprises a survey of existing and potential land and premises for office, industrial and warehouse uses and analyses supply, demand and land requirements from 2006 to 2026.
