customers involved in buying or selling land and property within
the boundaries of the Braintree District.
We investigate as to whether there are any legal restrictions that
affect the property and collate the information together in the
form of a Local Authority Search.
For a Local Authority Search, information is collected from various
departments of our Council, including Environmental Services,
Planning and Building Control.
