Application forms, guidance notes and the scale of charges are available below to download.  The forms have been organised by application type. All the documents under each heading are relevant to the type of application.  Please note that all information listed in the  Validation Checklist must, where relevant, be submitted with the application. The document  Description of Local Requirements gives further details of the level of information required.

Please also make sure you sign the relevant Certificate (A, B, C or D) and the Agricultural Holdings Certificate.

Failure to submit the correct fee, form,  required information or Certificate not signed will result in an application not being validated.

Certificates
If you are the sole owner of the land to which the application relates please complete Certificate A on the form. If you are not the sole owner of the land, or any part of the development goes outside land in your ownership (even if only foundations) please complete Certificate B. You will also need to serve notice on each of the owners, Notice 1, which can be competed and printed out. For householder developments please use Notice 1 HH

If you do not know the names of all the owners you will need to complete Certificate C and serve Notice 1 on the known owners ( Notice 1 HH) for Housheolder applications.)  You will also need to advertise the application in the local newspaper, and Notice 2 can be used for this purpose.<>
