1st Quarter (1st April 2008 - 30th June 2008)

For first quarter of 2008/2009, the performance figures for Development Control were:

-         85.71% for major applications, against a national target of 60% (BV109a);

-         82.93% for minor applications, against a national target of 65% (BV109b); and

-         92.18% for other applications, against a national target of 80% (BV109c).

Annual Performance: 2007-2008

-         87.3% for major applications, against a national target of 60% and local target of 82%(BV109a);

-         77.07% for minor applications, against a national target of 65% and local target of 78.75% (BV109b); and

-         88.48% for other applications, against a national target of 80% and local target of 90%(BV109c).
