For proposals for site specific development a Senior Planner is
available at an Area Planning Surgery. The Surgeries are held on a
Thursday between 9am and 1pm (9.30am for the Braintree Surgery) and
an appointment is necessary.
The surgeries are held on an area basis in Braintree, Halstead and
Witham. The Surgeries are held to discuss proposals for new
development and in order to fully assess the proposal photographs,
location plan, block plan, elevation plans or sketches are
required.
