Application forms, guidance notes and the scale of charges are available below to download.  The forms have been organised by application type. All the documents under each heading are relevant to the type of application.  Please note that from 6 April 2008 several changes come into effect:

1.   Increase in planning application fees
2.   Standard 1APP forms must be used
3.   Validation checklists must be followed.

All information listed in the  Validation Checklist must, where relevant, be submitted with the application. The document  Description of Local Requirements gives further details of the level of information required.

Failure to submit the new fee, correct form and required information will result in an application not being validated.
