A FREE unique family event; with puppet shows throughout the day - street theatre, giant walkabout characters and puppet making workshops for children.

This event is held on the streets of Witham and at the Grove and Newland Shopping Centres.

For over 10 years Braintree District Council managed the Puppet Festival, from its infancy when it toured the 3 market towns of the district, to its recent international developments. Witham Town Council now plans and organises the event with the financial support of Braintree District Council.
