The Volunteers -
As well as providing opportunities for young people the project offers an extensive range of volunteering opportunities for all sections of the community.  Volunteering can be a wonderful way to gain experience that will help to:
-Secure future employment
-Learn new skills
-Gain accredited qualifications
-Meet new people
-Have fun
The volunteers play an important and decisive role in the project that has a real impact on the local community.  Volunteers are crucial to the development of long term sustainable sessions that the whole community can enjoy by developing positive relationships with young people and displaying themselves as a positive role model to follow.  There are many different forms of volunteering with each being an essential role that will help to have an impact on the community.
-Coaching young people at sports sessions
-Providing administrative assistance
-Helping to deliver informal education programees through fun quizzes
-and more.
