Manor Street School in Braintree was built in 1862, and accommodated many generations of school children until its closure in 1987.

Today, one of the classrooms is still maintained in an authentic late Victorian style, with contemporary wooden furnishings and ornamentation.

As well as being an excellent location for re-enactment school trips, our Victorian school room is a perfect setting for evocative photoshoots, film projects, or even training days with a difference!
