We monitor the performance of our strategic housing services by
using a number of different performance indicators (PI's) which we
collect monthly, quarterly and annually.
The data we obtain allows us to identify areas of strong
performance and areas for improvement. We use the
information to help us develop the Business Plan for the housing
service as well as individual Service Plans.
The ultimate aim of our performance monitoring, is
to continually improve our services to best meet the
housing needs of local people.
