Braintree***
New homes at the Riverside Housing Scheme will be completed
throughout the period of September 2011 to March 2012 and will be
advertised under their road names which are:
-Reed Meadows;
-Shooters Way; and
-St Johns Avenue
The properties will be owned by CHP, a housing
association based in Chelmsford.
CHP and the Council have agreed a local lettings policy
for the first lets to the 53 rented homes. Full details can
