I am leaving prison/care/hospital
If you have been living away from home for some time, you may
not be able to return to the accommodation you had before. This may
be because it is no longer available to you, or it may no longer be
suitable for your needs.
It is important that you, or someone on your behalf, contacts us
as soon as you know there is a problem. Most residential
institutions have support workers such as Social Workers,
Resettlement Officers, Probation Officers or Key Workers who can
help you make contacts and work with you and the Council to resolve
your problems.
You can also contact us yourself if you prefer.
