Performance *

Welcome to the Performance section for Housing.

We are a small team that provide monthly and quarterly monitoring reports for the Housing Service.  These reports contain data on Best Value Performance Indicators, Local Performance Indicators and Service Standards.  We use a traffic light system to show whether performance is improving/declining/or staying the same.  You can view our latest Quarterly Reports by selecting the documents on the right.

Latest performance figures for March

BV212 Average re-let time:  31 days

The proportion of rent collected: 97.68%

Time to complete non-urgent repairs:  6 days

% of repairs completed by appointment: 85%

Complaints responded to in 7 days:  100%

 

In order to keep our tenants and customers up to date with our performance progress we do an annual report for the 'On The House' publication, a copy of which is available in the right hand links pane.
