You will need to have the following Information handy when you making your application:

- National Insurance Number for all household members who are 16 and over

- Name and address of all household members (including children)

- Date of birth for all household members (including children)

- Telephone contact numbers

- Email address (if applicable)

- Full address history for the last 6 years for all household members

- Employment/Income details

- Information of your connection/s (for example family links or employment) to one of the Council areas (which are currently Braintree, Babergh, Maldon, Colchester, Mid Suffolk, Ipswich and Suffolk Coastal)
