Helping you around the site *

The site contains a number of ways to navigate through the content: the search component, the header component (home, a to z, contact us, news, faq's, etc), the breadcrumb trail and the left navigation menu bar.

The search bar at the top right of the screen will let you use key words (eg, Council Tax, Abandoned Vehicles etc) to search the entire site and will bring back all of the pages that contain those keywords. You can then click on the title of the page and it will take you right there, simple as that.

Header Menu: At the top of the page there are some basic tools to help you use our site effectively. You have:

A to Z: This page allows you to select a letter from A-Z and display a list of all areas in the site that have content entered in alphabetical order.

News: This page shows the latest news items. Each of the items will give you the ability to click on them and be transferred to the full news item.

FAQs: This link will take you directly to our most frequently asked questions (and answers!).

Breadcrumb Trail:This component is a piece of navigation text, displaying a list of the parent pages, from the top level page right down to the current page.

Finally……….Please Tell Us What We Can Do to Improve Our Site. We do very much want your feedback on the site and any problems (or good things) you may have found as you browse around it, and we are particularly concerned about how easy (or difficult) you find it to seek out the information you need.

If you have any comments on this site please send us your views by completing our on-line Web Site Satisfaction Survey. If you would like a response please be sure to include your e-mail address.
