Oakpark Security Systems pledges to support the Council’s Green Heart of Essex campaign by ‘Reporting the Tossers’

Car litter offenders should be on the lookout for who might be watching the next time they consider throwing litter out of their cars. 

Braintree District Council is working in partnership with Essex based Oakpark Security Systems Limited to help catch car litter offenders and fly-tippers.  As part of the Green Heart of Essex car litter campaign, Oakpark Security volunteered to do their bit to help protect our environment by identifying car litter offenders.

It is easy to be a part of the Green Heart, there are lots of opportunities for everyone to get involved in big ways or small ways.

If you feel proud of where you live, you can support the Green Heart on your own, with your friends, family and neighbours by joining our Green Heart supporters.

Businesses, community & voluntary groups, schools and parishes can all support the Green Heart.  With simple measures such as tidying the front of their premises or picking up litter around their school.  MacDonalds in Braintree are backing the Green Heart campaign and working in partnership with us.

It is only with the support of everyone who lives and works in the district that the Green Heart campaign will be a success.
