Picking up litter and keeping the district clean costs us all a massive £1million each year.  It’s money we know you will agree could be better spent.

So alongside improving our service, the Green Heart of Essex campaign is designed to put pressure on those people and businesses who contribute to the problem and to educate young people and adults to do the right thing and respect the place they live.
