Compost Awareness Week 6 - 12 May 2012
Essex County Council are running a Compost Giveaway event at the
Discovery Centre, Great Notley Country Park, Saturday
12th May 10am-3pm. <>
Recycle for Essex is giving away compost which has been
created from Essex resident's garden waste that has
been collected at kerbside and at recycling centres. The
officers will also be on hand to answer any composting questions
you have.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAG AND SHOVE FOR THE
COMPOST!

Heart and Sole Walks
Did
you know that regular 30 minute walks can:
- Reduce blood pressure and cholesterol
- Aid weight loss
- De-stress and relax
- Improve stamina
- Strengthen bones
The walks last approximately half an hour and are led by an
experienced leader. The walks will give you a chance to relax,
unwind and meet new people while getting healthier.
