Undertake regular and effective consultation and communication
with the public and key partners.
Maximise opportunities for partnership working and joint
delivery of our services with others, including the voluntary
sector.
Use appropriate enforcement in the street scene.
Work with residential and business communities and other
stakeholders to increase engagement and encourage ownership of
issues.
Compare the cost of internal service delivery with other Local
Authorities and service providers to ensure 'best value' for
money.
