Please see below proposed events/initiatives being supported
by your local Community Warden.
Community Warden, Paul Richards, will be
attending the following events/initiatives;-
19 & 20/10/09 - Following on from the sucess of last
years Personal Development Activity Day which took place at
Merville Barracks, Colchester, a similar 2 periods of
training have been organised in May and October 2009. The
purpose of the activity is to let young people in the Braintree
District to experience various activities that challenge them both
physically and mentally. Currently names of interested individuals
are being collected. If anyone between the age of 14 to 18 years
old feels they would benefit from these activities, please contact
Trevor Lawrence on 01376 552525 and further details will be
given.
Community Warden, Dave Walls, will be attending
the following events/initiatives;-
19/09/09 - Toy Swap at the Seesaw Centre in
Braintree 10am - 12pm - Swap or give away your unwanted
toys. Donations of toys, books and childrens clothes accepted
from 9am -12pm on the day. Please do not bring broken,
hazardous, battery operated or incomplete
toys.
