approach to food safety management.
There are several different SFBB packs :-
- small catering businesses,
- small retail businesses,
- childminders
- a supplement for residential care homes
- Chinese and Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan
cuisines

Diary refills
Refills for the diary are now available (SFBB for caterers

You should store all your completed diary pages safely until
your next visit from a local authority enforcement officer. He or
she may want to look at your diary pages. During the visit, check
with the enforcement officer how long he or she wants you to keep
your diary pages.

Safer food, better business has been adapted for small catering
businesses such as restaurants and takeaways that serve either
Chinese cuisine or Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan
cuisines.

Both packs are based on Safer food, better business for
caterers, but the safe methods in the Cooking section have been
adapted for the appropriate cuisines. The 'Your cleaning schedule'
safe method and the 'Safe method completion record' are also
different in both. On this page, you can download just those safe
methods that are different to SFBB for caterers.
