If you are not in receipt of Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance (Income Based), you can still apply for Housing Benefit &/or Council Tax Benefit. This will be based on your income & personal circumstances.

This form should be completed & returned to the address given below. Please ensure that you sign & date the form. We must have the original application form, duly completed & signed before we can process your claim.

Please note that this form cannot be returned electronically to Braintree District Council.
