Report Item 5b - Corporate Priorities 2012 to 2016  refers to public consultation on the Corporate Priorities.

A public consultation on the draft Corporate Priorities was carried out in October 2011 through a public survey and focus groups and with business focus groups in November 2011. The high level results were presented to Cabinet on 5th December 2011 and the presentation is available on the Council’s website. These results have also been shared with key partners through the Local Strategic Partnership and Business Council. A research report presenting the detailed results of the public consultation has also been published and a copy is below. The consultation results have informed the Corporate Priorities for the next four years and in turn the Council’s budget (revenue and capital programme) reflects these priorities. <>
