Lsstock

The parish of Borley is situated in the north east of the Braintree District, a peaceful and tranquil village on the Essex/Suffolk border.

The village made world news in 1929 with tales of ghosts at Borley Rectory.  However the rectory was burnt down in 1939 and there is no longer a rectory at this site.
