A Community Led Plan is a document that helps
plan the future of your community. There are different types
of Community Led Plan to achieve different outcomes:
A Parish Plan examines needs and aspiration
and results in an action plan;
A Village Design Statement examines character
and results in planning guidelines;
A Neighbourhood Plan (introduced by the
Localism Bill) examines land use and results in planning
policy.
