Each month a Decision Planner incorporating the Forward Plan will be produced which will contain details of key decisions which at the publication date are programmed for consideration during the following four month period.   Further key decisions may be added to the Forward Plan when it is rolled forward each month.  The Forward Plan will contain details of documents to be considered (where known) and the contact point for further information.

Each Decision Planner incorporating the Forward Plan will be available for inspection at the Council Offices at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree and at Halstead Library and Witham Library.

Subject to any prohibition or restriction on their disclosure, copies of, or extracts from, any document listed in the Decision Planner incorporating the Forward Plan can be obtained from People & Democracy.

The Decision Planner incorporating the Forward Plan will be published on the following dates and made available to the public at the locations stated above and on the Council's website:-

17th August 2011, 16th September 2011, 17th October 2011, 16th November 2011, 16th December 2011, 17th January 2012, 15th February 2012, 16th March 2012, 16th April 2012, 17th May 2012, 15th June 2012 and 17th July 2012.
