72 cases in total including housing, highways, planning and licensing entailing 50 visits to Causeway House.

17 training sessions including IT, Planning, Licensing and Scrutiny.

Key Personal Highlights/Contributions During the Year

In addition to my own Ward duties, being called upon by at least 20 residents form other wards for assistance and ensuring that only a very few meetings were missed by me:- 95% attendance rate.
