Training and Development
I regularly attend training and development opportunities.
I am both grateful and delighted to be offered such
opportunities. Local Government is constantly changing and I
believe that Councillor's need to move forward with the
changes. The Local Government Association are first class in
offering training that allows other Councils country wide to
network and share ideas and thinking. These opportunities are
invaluable and help shape both Councillor's and Councils
in improving performance and achieving customer
excellence.
