Housing and transport meet local needs - £3.58m - Manage benefits accounts. Free national bus pass or other concessionary travel to anyone over 60. Provide more than 50,000 passenger journeys by community transport for people who have difficulty getting about.

Business is encouraged and local economy prospers - £-0.3m - Economic development, industrial land and units, property management, maintenance of shops and car parks.

People take pride in their local area - £1.84m - Democracy and councillors, member’s allowances, support to parish and town councils.
