Can we get money from the lottery?

*

The answer is definitely yes! Braintree District Council, local charities, Parish Councils, community organisations, and clubs have all had considerable success in accessing lottery funding. Over the past 3 years just over £5m has been secured locally for a variety of arts, sports, heritage and community projects.

There are numerous lottery funds, all with different criteria and deadlines but our External Funding Service can help you through the process, from identifying whether any lottery funds are appropriate to submitting your final application. Contact Angela Verghese: - angve@braintree.gov.uk or 01376 551414 extn 2329.

If you would like to find out whether any lottery funding might be suitable for your work or project use their search facility by clicking on www.lotteryfunding.org.uk
