Also known as Sundry Debt and Miscellaneous Income, the Council
issues over 10,000 invoices a year for a diverse range of services
including Industrial rental, Commercial waste collection,
Recycling, Community Hall Hire and Development Control fees.
Fees and charges are payable in full upon presentation of our
invoice. There are a variety of payments methods, but for whichever
method you find most convenient, you will need to have your invoice
handy.

Paying your Other income invoice online
You can pay your
other income invoice by debit or credit card using our online
e-pay service.
You will need:

Making a payment using the Council’s 24/7 card line
You will need:

Telephone 01376 557894 and select option 3 for sundry debtors,
and then follow the remaining prompts to complete your
transaction.
Making payment by Direct Debit
If you receive regular invoices, for example a monthly rentals
or an annual trade waste service, you can pay by direct debit. If
you are the only person who can authorise payments on the bank
account, you can set up an instruction by telephoning the Other
Income section on 01376 557841. You will need to have handy

Alternatively, if you do not wish to provide your bank details
over the phone, you can
print off the direct debit mandate and post
