Asset Management *

Aims of Service:

To provide valuation and estate management advice corporately together with a commercial and general property management service, the daily facilities management of the Council's operational buildings and the provision of professional architectural, project management and building surveying services to support the delivery of the Council's corporate objectives.

What do we do?

-  manage the Council's industrial and commercial property investment portfolio
-  undertake the acquisition and disposal of property assets
-  provide valuation and estate management advice corporately to all services
-  maintain the Council's property ownership records
-  manage the Council's offices at Causeway House and Millennium Tower to ensure that the facilities are fit for purpose
-  provide professional architectural, project management and building surveying services in support of capital programme projects
-  undertake planned maintenance services in support of Asset Management of Council properties
-  responsible for the administration of the corporate selected list of contractors and consultants.
