In the financial year 2008 to 2009 the Fraud Section has proven Benefit Fraud in excess of £310,000 all of this money will be recovered regardless of any prosecution decisions.

Together with our Solicitors, the Fraud Section succesfully prosecuted 24 benefit claimants during this period. As well as sanctioning 63 others.
