This page is to provide residents and community groups with an
overview of the things to do when planning events in your community
from fetes to fun runs, music events, film nights and many
more.
Each section provides a basic overview of what you need to know
and gives links to the key Braintree District Council Departments
and other organisations that you might need to contact. It
should not be seen as a definitive guide to all aspects of event
planning but as a start-up guide on the basics that need to be
considered for people new to organise events.
