If you are moving address within our district you can complete our change of address form and return to our office with all relevant proof.

- If you are liable for rent  you will also need to complete a property detail form

For any other change of circumstances - for example partner moving in, starting work or an additional job complete the Change of Circumstances Form or notify us in writing immediately.
